Definitely a morning person, I'm up every morning Monday through Friday at 4:45 to get ready for work.

I have been a night person most of my life. However due to circumstances beyond my control, I can't be that. I have become more a late afternoon or an evening person. But given the opportunity, I am sure I would go back to a night person.

I'm a morning person. I get up at 3:30 everyday, get a cup of coffee, grab my flashlight and take the dogs out separately for short walks. Now I get triple the exercise in the morning. LOL
Evening is when I seem to peak.
