No, but I have good joints. My husband and my dogs take though.

What dosage do you give your pets...per weight ?

I give the Cosequin DS (DS stNds for double strength). They get 2 tablets a day and weigh 60 and 75 lbs. Skully just went up to 2 tablets as he has been limping on and on.

The label lists the following ingredients: Glucosamine Hydrochloride (HCl): .600 mg, Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate: .300 mg, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): .250 mg, Also contains Manganese: .5 mg.

No side effects that I have noticed.

That is published on www.webmd.com so it has to be a good supplement the side effects can be drowsiness , heart burn, upset stomach, headache . I'm thinking about trying it but not too sure since I'm on Celebrex prescribed by my Family Doctor which is a Arthritis medication maybe i shouldn't mix the two together.
