Ate a few extra carbs over the holidays. Didn't regain and didn't go extreme on carbs.

Resolution is to go stricter on Keto and start resistance band training.

3 pounds shy. Hit a plateau which I hear is common.

Plateaus can be very discouraging. I want to encourage you, hang in there. You can do it. From my experience in the past I hit an 8 month plateau. I was so discouraged by the end. I saw everyone hitting their target weight and if they maintained for 4 weeks (I believe it was) then they got to do the program for free. They just were required to show up once a month for a weight check. Well here I am, 8 month plateau, lost 71 pounds, much more then the others who reached their target weight loss because I had more to lose. And still I was paying. I tried everything. Even my leader tried everything. Still could only teeter totter with a pound back and forth. Long story shorter, I ended up doing drugs. I only lost 14 more pounds... then gained it ALL back and then some. πŸ˜₯ What I learned is, that 8 month plateau is exactly where MY body wanted me. THAT was a healthy weight for my body. That's what my body was saying to me through the plateau. I would welcome that plateau weight again any day. And I would maintain that weight if I ever got there again. Listen to your body. It loves you. 😊 I am so proud of you!

I am gonna heed the words of a very kind and wise friend. RefreshMe, I decided to shoot for the moon and hit all the stars along the way. 😊 I do have hopes and dreams for this year but most are out of my control. So I am gonna enjoy every star I hit along the way. Thank you my friend. ☺

Thank You , I seriously am thinking about getting a treadmill. My family tell me not to lose anymore weight cause i would look sickly but they don't understand i know what the scale tells me and i think i would rather be 200 lbs instead of 272 lbs of what i am now. πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—

Hello!

Well, I do not usually make New Year’s resolutions, but some
time back, I decided that I should adopt a healthier lifestyle. I will avoid
eating out too much, exercise more and drink lots of water. I will also wake up
earlier and be more productive. Hopefully I will be able to do all of these in
2019!
