Had never heard of it. Don't think I would try it either unless a doctor suggested it. If you think you have sleep apnea I suggest you talk to your doctor. The guy in video mentioned a while list of symptoms that can be brought on by it. It really is something that should be diagnosed and monitored by your doctor.

No sleep apea. It was suggested as an augment for weight loss.
Not sure if I would try it.
Although. I'd like to suggest it as an awake directive to a few individuals in my life...lol.

Unless you are sleep eating, I don't know that it would help with weight loss.

Oh my. I heard sleep walk eating can happen. How awful. All the enjoyment of food and no memory of earing it. Waking up to weight gain, a mess and laundry stains. Even more awful is not knowing what you comsumed and if it was indeed an edible food product or not. Then there's the risk of choking on top of all that.

I think the tape helps regulate blood sugars. ( not fully understanding how it does though )

Okay I watched as much as I could with NO sound. It looks like it is a YouTube silly stunt to see if others would follow! I think it's possibly a hoax. It looks like the scotch tape I used for wrapping presents. I will try to watch it again with sound tomorrow. ☺

I've never seen or heard of such a thing before this question. But with having a beard and mustache, I'd have to say no way in hell would I try it.

My advice is play it safe and get a sleep study done and they can do it in your home at bedtime.. Than you take whatever they give you to use for a sleep study at home back to the hospital than your doctor will give you results . If you stop breathing at nighttime with sleep apnea they will give you a C-Pap machine to use at night but from i heard from one doctor everybody has a little bit of sleep apnea so it makes no difference so who knows what to believe ?
