When rooting plant cuttings in water, does it matter if the container is opaque or not? ( in regards to the speed of obtaining roots )

I suspect  that dark is better, but whatever else certainly not worse.

I'm not a botanist, but light contains energy that is used by plants.  I suspect that the cuttings would do best in some kind of light rather when cut off from light.
