I worked as Systems Support Manager for a multi-national (but US-based) company - they sent me to 2 dozen countries (at least) - I rather miss it all. My qualification? Ten years of hard slog, part-time study and willingness to travel. (Don't get too hung up on the travel thing - I missed my kids growing up - half of my life I was away from home as they grew up).
Apply for it. There are plenty of jobs that allow travel. Flight attendant or pilot. I have a couple of friends who are traveling nurses. They work somewhere for 3 to 6 months and then move to their next assignment. One if them just turned down a job in Australia and went to Vermont instead. She has a dog that she didn't want to leave behind.
