It's not on my top 10 list of favorites, but it's ok if it's used in lasagna in place of ricotta.

I do not really like cottage cheese. In fact, I will admit
that I had it only once or twice, did not enjoy it and avoided it whenever
possible till now. However, I think that if it is used in a dish, on its own or
mixed with another cheese, I might enjoy it.
No Riccota for me. I am purely a cheddar man.
