When you were a kid, Did you ride the school bus or walk to school?
I walked 2nd and first part of third. Before 2hd, I was bussed to Catholic school. Halfway through 3rd, we moved and I rode a bus through 9th grade. 10th grade I rode with a neighbor. The last two years I drove.
Both at different times.
Walked in elementary, both in middle school, bus in High School.
I walked to elementary, junior high, and high school. Each was about two miles, and there were always friends walking with me. It was part of my early social life. :)

during grades 7, 8 and 9 i rode a school bus because i lived in a small sasaktchewan village for those years. However, when i lived in B.C. From kindergarden to grade 6 i walked to school, than when i moved back to B.C. For grades 10 thru 12, i walked to and from school.
Had to walk.
