Depends on where you live. Cali use to get most rains in April/May. I am not sure about Arizona.

It's raining a lot right now here in Central Pennsylvania.
It can and it does. But, we haven’t had any rain in over a month in GA. Only HEAT..... High 90’s to over 100’s for several weeks now.
No 4 seasons here.
Not in Northern Africa or the middle East. Nor much in Antarctica or the Southern African Deserts. In Bedfordshire, in England, it will persist down on us.
in BC Canada, where I live, the rainy season begins on October. So far it's been sunny this year which is different.
