No it’s not. I lived near one for 10 years. Never heard one sound.
I don't think it's creepy, you wouldn't have to worry about noisy neighbors the only thing I would worry about is drinking the water especially if you had well water.
No. I live just half a block from a historical cemetery, and I love it. I even bought a double urn grave for my daughter and me.
I wouldn't want to. I wouldn't like looking out my kitchen window seeing all the deceased victims of my cooking. 😅 Just playing. It would be sad to see everyday.
I personally wouldn't think so. But some people get creeped out easier than others.
