Yes. One as a kid with help from my father, ( EDIT : actually I helped him ) , one for my kids with help from them and one for my nephews that helped me.

No, but I would have loved to have one. We did have a playhouse, but I spent a lot of time sitting in our plum tree as a child. The world looks great from up there. :)
no but i did build a fort with big wood planks at the side of my former house when i was a kid, it was the closet to one i ever got.
