At least once a week. Sometimes twice a week. My dog sleeps with me and if he doesn't stay on his blanket and dirtied my quilt the bed gets stripped before the week is up.

Every week! No longer than that!

I do it once a month. I know I'm supposed to do it more often than that, but I'm just too lazy.
