I went to 4 stores today looking for tissues. It is allergy season in Florida and I just want to blow my nose. Yes, I could use toilet paper, but with that being in short supply too, it just didn't seem right. Finally found a couple of boxes at Wagreens. (They are rationed so that's all I was allowed to buy)
I only leave the mountain when necessary. Today I had to go to the animal hospital to pick up flea and tick medicine for my dogs. I had to call ahead and give my credit card information. Once I was there , I had to call again to let them know I was there and a receptionist wearing a mask and gloves brought the medicine out to my truck for me.
As far as groceries , my wife goes for them after she gets off work. It's been about a week since we got groceries and we are still good for a couple weeks. She has always bought in bulk since we live so far from town.
Today was the first I went anywhere since last Friday to do some banking, which had to be done at the drive-through. I was never really one to get the urge to go shopping just for something to do.
since i work at a grocery store, i have to go out.. But i normally wouldn't shop at the store i work at but because of this virus, i wanna save some trips so i buy my stuff at work in the meantime.
I went out on Monday and scored some groceries and some extra canned goods but it wasn't crowded and people stayed away from each other. Have to go out sometimes but just clean up when you come home and throw away the bags they put your stuff in.
