I always hesitate when I see an older kid coming to my door on Halloween. Most times I don't answer.

Hey when i was 18 i dressed in drag complete with panty hose and went trick or treating then hit a club back when the drinking laws were 18 and above .  Hey have fun

Personally, I hope you reconsider, maybe to re-evaluate the maturity of this idea.

Always have a spare plastic bag (or pillow case) in the car so you can dump the first load of candy in it and keep on going!

We used a pillow case. After I was too old to trick or treat, I remember a grocery store using bags with jack-o-lanterns for kids to use and they got free advertising. It's a shame stores don't still do that.

I used a pillow case when I was a kid and I got tons of candy.

Of course. Double bag it.

A reusable grocery tote works well

We don't get any trick-or-treaters in our condo complex, but I'm sure my daughter will bring home some candy from her party at work.  I'll get a little of that stash.  :)

My kids like to make their own costumes so they are sewing. Lol!
