When the next form comes for your benefits, just write on it that you are working now. They will stop the benefits as soon as they receive that back. They'll know also because your employer has to file with them to pay his unemployment dues also.
For most states, you can claim your money right up till the day you begin to work again. Since you didn't work the last two weeks, you are entitled to that pay. Just make sure they now that you have begun to to work again.

You should just file for Social Security instead. All states require you to write down three places you've applied for work.
