I am participating in a dance in a big event at school that will be presented to 1000s of people. As soon as we run onto the stage I feel I have no power. I forget all the steps and my body starts vibrating in nervousness. I don't have an idea what I do then and I do all rubbish even though I practise daily! Can I get some help? I need confidence! HELP

Well maybe you can ask the instructor or a friend who knows what he or she is doing. It's better to learn from others especially when you're confused!
