Is it better to study undergraduate cardiology (biomedical science) in Australia, then transfer to a US university, or study everything in one country?

Is your goal to become a physician or to become a researcher? 

You can do undergraduate in Australia and then apply for a master's and then Ph.D. In the U.S.  That's common if you want to stay in the U.S. And do research.
