I really wanted a cat for 12 years and my dad finally caved a year ago but my landlords don't allow them and my dad won't sneak it because he works with them, what do I do?

You grow up, get a job, move out on your own to a place that allows pets, pay your own way.  If the landlord doesn't allow it you don't want to  jeopardize your families current housing.
