Did you hear about the woman who plowed her car into Oklahoma State's college homecoming parade? Her workplace made her leave that morning as she "appeared" intoxicated. Should they be held accountable ALSO since they let her drive that way?

I live in a town with a stadium.  The police detained some publicly drunk people because they were concerned they might drive.  The people ended up suing our town for unlawful detention.
