No way!  I absolutely LOVE rain days!  Better with a bit of thunder rumbling in the background.  I find them soft and cozy and romantic and dreamy.  Ive never been married but when i was younger i wished that when i married it would be rainy and gently stormy on my wedding day. 

No, I enjoy them.

To borrow a phrase from a song, "They are quiet, and warm and moving slow."

On the other hand, if I had planned on shooting off fireworks for a celebration of some kind, I would probably "hate" that rainy day
