Where are the best places to live? I want somewhere that's nice year long (around 60-80), don't have to worry about natural disasters such as hurricanes, low humidity and somewhere where the cost of living isn't insane.

I feel like I'm slipping into my own little fantasy world. Daydreaming about things that belong in fiction books and having unrealistic goals in life. I don't think its very healthy and my constant daydreaming makes me look a little dumb. Is this bad?

If it's interfering with your ability to stay connected to reality when necessary then it can be bad, yes.  Imagination and fantasy are awesome but you have to keep them separate from reality or they become a problem.
