After he signed Executive Order 11110, was the assassination of JFK a warning to future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve’s control over the creation of money?

There seems to be lot's of sites that agree with that and it's a good possibility. I know I read about that in a book a while back but can't remember the name. It's a thought !
