YOU SHOULD NOT BE PUT ON HOLD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO ACTIVATE THE CARD! WHEN THEY ANSWER YOU, TELL THEM YOU WANT TO CANCELL IT! THEY ARE THE ONE'S THAT NEED YOUR BUISINESS,YOU SHOULD NOT BE PUT ON HOLD!!!
