I say Merkel should get it. She influences more than Trump. Trump just spouts out what racists were already thinking. Merkel actually influences and makes changes. And I don't know about you but I'd rather not have ISIS on the cover of Time Magazine.

I have a class D felony on my record in KY. It is for a forged prescription. I was convicted in April 2002, and completed probation in Aug 2005. I have no other charges or arrests since then. How can I get this off my background check?

You're an adult--this means it's on your record forever. As an adult all convicted criminal charges are permanently on your record.
