I have this TV. It's a Panasonic TV and it's the oldschool kind. When I'm using sometimes while I'm using it'll fade into black and then fad back to normal. sometimes it takes forever to fade back to normal. Is there any way I can fix this?

There's an internal lamp that is getting ready to go out. This is what happens at the beginning of that process. This happened to me and my sister's husband runs a TV repair shop so this is how I know.
