When will people actually be satisfied with the Diversity in The United States? I see a lot of it around me, both physical and cultural, but still no one is actually happy and satisfied with it.

What exactly do you think they want to see?  Spill, Blue Lou.  Maybe there is less a problem than what you are seeing.  I've never heard anyone say "There isn't enough Black/white/yellow/other people on my street" (Physical, like you said) and I never heard anyone say "Why isn't there more cultural diversity here?"
