How do you handle Anger, Bitterness and Resentment (if you ever feel them)? Especially if they are directed toward you or are supposedly "because of" you? Do they make you feel the need to be nasty toward others? How do you handle nasty people who direct those feelings toward you?

When I'm angry I remove myself from the situation and separate from anyone causes my anger. I take time to calm down and think rationally before handling myself.
