How do you handle Anger, Bitterness and Resentment (if you ever feel them)? Especially if they are directed toward you or are supposedly "because of" you? Do they make you feel the need to be nasty toward others? How do you handle nasty people who direct those feelings toward you?

It's been proven that nastiness has a trickle down effect. Your nastiness causes others to become nasty as well and so forth.
