I don't think there is a most influential in history, seems to me it's been a combined effort.

Actually, an "unassuming" Chianti, a loaf of homemade garlic bread, and pasta.

(I do not always get around to making the pasta.)

I love to cook so speedy dinners rarely happen. Tonight is green chili enchiladas and Mexican rice.  So very yummy!!!
