Is there a way to prevent car sickness? Sometimes on long trips I get really car sick. Starts with a headache then feeling like I'm going to throw up. Sometimes I do. Dark sunglasses help some but is there any way to prevent it?

I take Dramamine also to help. I have car sickness but I find were the brackets press just really hurts after and I doesn't help me much. That doesn't mean it won't help you though.
