Two questions: what time does facebook notify you of someones birthday? Fo some people its different. why? and can you delete questions asked on blurt it

I don't know about that facebook stuff but on Blurtit Questions can not get deleted unless a moderator sees fit,  you can ask through messaging them and they're sure to remove it.

In the meantime,  you can edit your question and just leave it blank if you'd like.
