Do you think that parents should be at least billed and maybe charged for the necessary services when their guidance or lack there of, and sometimes deliberate difficulty, make their offspring really sick or mentally ill?

A child can not enter into a business relationship with anyone (whether it be a medical doctor or even a psychologist for example) as it is for a service that involves a fee  .. So of course the parents would have to pay any charges that incur from services rendered to a child. The child … Read more
