I was hoping to make my own website where I can post all my stories for people to read. I'm not very tech savy so I don't really know where to start. Is it even possible to have a website just solely for my stories and drawings?

Absolutely. Create a blog for posting your stories. I see Wordpress has already been mentioned. Another good site is Blogger, from Google. I use it for the same reasons you need and it works great for me. Good luck.

My dog of 12 years got sick and could barely walk, I took him out back dug a hole shot and buried him. Now my friend said I should have let the vet kill him because what I did was against the law. Is that true?

Legally your dog is viewed as your property.  In most states that is enough to allow you to put it down in your means.  I have nothing but respect for you and your ability to make this decision. 

In most places use of a firearm is approved method of humane-euthanasia.

If you did what was best for your dog (and it sounds as if you did), then no-one is going to care. I salute your bravery and humanity. I couldn't do that.
