My mother-in-law has macular degenration so she cannot see well enough to drive. So she needs one with transportation available to do the basics like grocery shopping and other normal errands. She would also need a condo or a place that had yard maintenance, and perferably housekeeping as well.
I would be looking for mild weather, large amounts of activities (Not necessarily within the community itself but within the surrounding areas).
