Well, my guess is the equivalent to putting a number of pictures of animal skulls on the wall and throwing a dart backwards over my head and seeing which it hit.

I have some knowledge of cultural anthropology, but none in skeletal remains.

My best guess would be a non domesticated medium sized animal.
