Adultery (much like wearing mixed fabrics) is forbidden for both genders. The Mosaic Laws began with (surprise!) Moses, The 10 Commandments. The 7th of which states succinctly, "Thou shalt not commit adultery."-EX 20:14. Also Lev 20:10, Deut 5:18, & Prov 6:32 say the same.
