4 pm. It normally takes 7 hours for caffeine to leave your system. I usually have enough trouble falling asleep that I don't need the added complication of caffeine. If I do drink later than that (usually if I am out and about) I will get a decaf.
Sorry, but I never touch the stuff. Apple juice seems to be a great alternative for me. I know that's kooky, but then again I'm a kooky person.
