I taught my teenage son how to drive a car. It was absolutely heroic but scary. That was in 1978 and it scared me so much I haven't done a single brave thing since then.

Of course it's not. At least in my opinion. I have older friends as well. As long as they are just friends and you know them well enough to trust them, I think you've nothing to worry about :)
