If I use cheats/hacks on a certain online PS4 game and they catch me, will they ban my account on that game or ban my PS4 account? cheat engine im using is saying that it is discreet and cant be caught so there is no worry, but im just making sure.

Read their policy.

Most companies don't care, unless you are in a multi-player environment.  IE: You can "cheat" as much as you want in single-player.
