When is the right time to ask him to commit?  
He is from Brazil. It’s been over a month, and he hasn’t told me about making our relationship official. I’m a foreigner, too. Since we are in U.S, I want to follow the tradition here but I don’t know this is too early or right time to ask him to commit to choose only me and be my boyfriend.
