Sorry Susan, but that's not one that I've come across here before. If you see a nice young lady named Emily Rivers online, you might try to ask her. She's an Administrator with all the answers. Otherwise, I would use the "Contact" on the bottom of this page and write to Kass and ask him. He'll know what to do! I know you're on a PC, so those things shouldn't be happening.
