The answer to your question is yes, you can use any free practice tests or examinations, on the internet. There are sample questions related to many of the required examinations for degrees and certifications. Some of the websites allow you to download the questions to your computer for free, others do not. If, there is a fee attached you would not be able to download the tests, until you made payment.

In searching websites, there are many with guide books, which have sample questions within them. However, unless you sign up for site and pay a fee you are unable to download the information. On other sites you have to purchase the material online to use the guides. I am not certain, if you need IBM or another company test questions.

To get the IBM guide books and sample tests you go through Prime/Prometric and the cost is $10.00 each time you take a test.
