Cleaning the Carburetor is quite easy, once the carburetor is removed.

All you need is common sense, and a basic toolset, with rachets etc. The fuel bowl of the carburetor is easy to remove, by removing the screw which is at the bottom of the bowl. Make sure there is no fuel, else disconnect the connection between gas tank and carburetor.
You have to remove a few parts ( engine cover, fly wheel etc) to be able to get access to the screw to detach the carburetor.

They have purposely made this task appear difficult,  by making opening of the carburetor not easy. First time it took me a few hours to figure this out. Today, it only took me 10 mins to open everything.
