If you desire that your frame should express love, you need to gather relevant cutouts and design. Do not choose any piece of art; be selective. Choose stuff that goes well with your model. Use glue to fix the cutouts and other pieces on the frame. Do not fill the frame in such a way that it looks ugly. Keep things clean and tidy. You can even use colors and sparkles to make your frame look more beautiful.  After you have done with your frame work, hang the frame on a wall in such a way that it counterparts the frame.
