How Are TDMA, FDMA ,CDMA Different From TDM,FDM And CDM Respectively?

In tdma signals comes from different nodes and in tdm the signal comes from the same node .
TDM is implemented on physical layer whereas TDMA is an access method on data link layer
TDM uses a physical multiplexer at the physical layer but there is n physical multiplexer at physical layer in TDMA.the data link layer tells the physical layer to use the allocated time slot
