What Does The Phrase 'Am I Bovvered' Mean?

    Am I bovered, is the widespread local dialect in England which means, Do you think I care, I am not even vaguely interested, I dont care a fig, So What?
    Bothered the verb this originated from means to be bothered, in other words worried, anxious, concerned.
    So, * Am I bovered*, is a retorical question. Am I bothered, no I am not, I do not care.
    If you watch the Catherine Tate show on the BBC, you will see this phrase used over and over in the show, in a spoof of the people who use it daily in England to express how they feel
