What Is The Goal Of Politics?

The goal of politics is to exercise power and authority to achieve certain goals. Politics can be used by many entities such as government, individuals, organizations, people within the organizations etc. The goal of politics can be numerous e.g lower level management can use politics to get higher incentives and wages for themselves. Supervisors can exercise their power and authorities to get the required results from his immediate subordinates and lower level employees. Some people use politics negatively to get position, status, money, wealth and success. Some people get authority and power as a part of their position in the society such as mayor, president, supervisor, boss etc. Therefore we can say that goals of politics are not always bad, politics can also be used to achieve good outcomes such as increasing productivity of nation, increased team work, implementatioin of projects, tasks etc.
