Turn color off on menu then see if you have a black and white picture , if not turn to adjust red,blue,green screen drive until you see a black and white picture, all 3 tubes should be close to adjustments to get this after you have bl&wht turn color back on.

The most common reason for rear screen projection TV color problems is damaged ic's.So you have to get them repaired or its better to completely replace them.
