Winston Churchill was an English statesman and was born on November 30, 1874 in Blenheim Palace in Woodstock, Oxfordshire in England. He passed away on January 24, 1965 from complications of a stroke and cerebral thrombosis.

He was an English statesman, an author and a soldier. He is best known as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom which he served during World War II. He is also known as one of the most important and most influential leaders in British and world history. His term as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom left a mark on the world that places him among the world's greatest leaders. He also won a Nobel Prize in Literature for his works relating to history and the war.

Winston Churchill did have a tattoo on his arm. It was a tattoo of a ship's anchor and it was located on his right arm. His mother also had a tattoo of a snake printed on her right wrist and that is probably what encouraged Winston Churchill to also get a tattoo on his right arm.
