A pot belly pig will eat anything. However, the more that you feed it, the bigger it will become. It is best to only feed them once per day.

Although they will eat anything, it is best to stick with the basic pot belly pig food. They can be purchased in most feed stores or pet stores. You should give the pig one cup of pig pellets for every pound the pig weighs. For example, if the pig weighs 20 pounds, then give him about 20 cups of pig pellets. However, do not do this if you are feeding your pig other foods such as table foods. If you are feeding your pig table food or dog food, then a bowl of food per day will be enough for him. Table foods such as breads, vegetables, fruits, crackers are the best for the pig. Do not give him foods that are high in fat or he will get fat and have weight related diseases.

A pot bellied pig should not be fed a cup of pellets per pound of weight--most pot bellied pigs are in excess of 100lbs. Also they should be feed at least twice a day, not once. The average portion of pig pellets is between 1 and 4 cups daily!, also fresh vegetables should be added.
